Brief Summary

Looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead with 4+ years of working experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience to handle:

• UA: Meta, Google, Unity Ads
• ASO: keywords and creatives
• Creative Pipeline: brief and evaluate ad creatives
• Account Management: report and align with our clients

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to be a true owner of Performance Marketing (User Acquisition)

• manage a budget of ~$250k in monthly Ad Spend
• directly responsible for meeting ROAS targets (or alternative revenue-related metric)
• optimize campaigns and allocate budget to maximize profits
• plan and strategize: campaign setup, channel portfolio, market expansion
• assess the performance and find ways to grow the Ad Spend
• assess and evaluate which creatives are performing well, and brief our Design team to produce new assets for your campaigns (static banner, videos)
